Clients and colleagues describe me as empathetic, compassionate, caring, and easy-going. I love what I do, and I am committed to ensuring that clients receive support that will help them meet their goals. I believe that counselling must be a safe space where dignity is upheld and uniqueness is celebrated. I take an integrative approach to counselling which allows me to responsively adjust to client needs and preferences. In order to make counselling more accessible, I have reduced rates available for those with limited or no insurance coverage. Contact me for more information.
