Description
I am passionate about supporting mental health and reducing the stigma that surrounds it. My goal as a counsellor is to make you feel heard and acknowledged, and empower you to be an active collaborator in our sessions. I utilize an intentionally integrative approach to therapy, and value feedback and input from clients throughout the process. I will work with you to create space in which you feel able to be vulnerable, and I am here to support you with the challenges you are experiencing and the changes you desire to make.
