I offer counselling services to adults and couples. My approach is warm and collaborative. I strive to listen closely to your needs and values. My goal is to help you better understand yourself and equip you with skills to confidently face your challenges. I also offer resources and check-in phone calls as additional support. Individual (Adults): relationship issues, infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum mood, motherhood support Couples: communication & conflict management, improving connection and intimacy, affair recovery, pre-marital therapy
