She is committed to helping clients to overcome barriers and live full and meaningful lives. She also empowers clients in identifying and celebrating their strengths and building resiliency. Her therapeutic approach is based on a Client-Centred orientation, and she incorporates aspects of Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural, Solution-Focused, and Narrative therapies to target the needs of each client.
