Description
The Changing Minds Project is my personal mission is to help people foster their mental health and wellbeing though neuroscience supported mental health literacy and compassionate psychotherapy. Positive mental health is an integrative process considering the mind, body and spirt. Maintaining your mental health involves a complex, and intersecting, system of biological, social and psychological factors. Fostering mental health involves utilizing interventions that change the neurobiology of your brain, and ideally, changing your mind about the nature of psychological health.
