I use a client-centered approach and draw from a number of therapeutic modalities to assist clients in managing difficult emotions, learning new coping skills, and improving well-being.  In assisting clients to identify and achieve their goals, I strive to build a strong working relationship in a safe, respectful, and accepting environment. 

I specialize in assessing and treating trauma, depression, anxiety and worry, sleep challenges, relationship difficulties, managing strong emotions, stress, and adjusting to a new diagnosis or illness.
