She has experience providing both psychotherapy and assessment services to adults in areas related to depression, adjustment disorders, stress, self-esteem, coping skills, life transition, relationship issues, anxiety, complex trauma, OCD and related disorders, eating disorders and the management of chronic illness and pain. She uses an integrative therapy approach that is trauma informed. She strives to create a warm and collaborative environment that is authentic and genuine. Her aim is to create a safe place where her clients feel accepted and are comfortable to process their emotional pain

Thompson Anxiety Disorders Centre, where she was involved in research projects aimed at better understanding the genetic correlates of OCD and related disorders. She has also worked at Toronto Metropolitan University where she was involved in a clinical trial examining treatments for Social Anxiety Disorder. She completed her pre-doctoral residency at the Waterloo Region Psychology Consortium and has completed practical at the Toronto Western Bariatric Surgery Clinic and the York University Psychology Clinic.
