Nicole currently works with adults and adolescents to: improve their relationships with themselves and others, manage general life transitions; improve and support struggles around confidence, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and perfectionism. The Centre for Psychology and Emotional Health is a well-established practice in downtown Toronto that helps people make meaningful and lasting changes. We have been providing the highest standard of evidence-based individual, couple, and family therapy since 2003. We are a team of registered psychologists, psychological associates, social workers and psychotherapists in central Toronto who use an evidence-based approach to treatment. We're a satellite training centre for the Emotion-Focused Therapy Clinic at York University, and offer consultation, supervision and professional training
