Dr. Chafe has worked with individuals experiencing a variety of difficulties including post-traumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, mood disorders (e.g., depression), and anxiety (e.g., worry, social anxiety, panic), along with other common difficulties such as self-criticism, emotion regulation difficulties, relationship issues, and work and school related stress. He has also worked with neurodivergent populations (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder) providing coaching and counselling to university students with ASD.

Summary

The Centre for Psychology and Emotional Health is a well-established practice in downtown Toronto that helps people make meaningful and lasting changes. We have been providing the highest standard of evidence-based individual, couple, and family therapy since 2003. We are a team of registered psychologists, psychological associates, social workers and psychotherapists in central Toronto who use an evidence-based approach to treatment.
