Experience working with people with a wide range of psychological issues, including mood disorders (major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder), and anxiety disorders. Additionally, Annabelle has experience working with issues, such as bereavement, post-traumatic stress disorder, low self-esteem, assertive communication, stress, emotional regulation, adjustment to life transitions, and relationship issues. Annabelle strives to create a safe, non-judgmental environment, where she and her client can work together collaboratively to establish the client’s specific treatment goals.

Summary

The Centre for Psychology and Emotional Health is a well-established practice in downtown Toronto that helps people make meaningful and lasting changes. We have been providing the highest standard of evidence-based individual, couple, and family therapy since 2003. We are a team of registered psychologists, psychological associates, social workers and psychotherapists in central Toronto who use an evidence-based approach to treatment. We're a satellite training centre for the Emotion-Focused Therapy Clinic at York University, and offer consultation, supervision and professional training
