Nicole Notarfonzo completed her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Alberta and is registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Nicole integrates numerous approaches into her work in order to tailor therapy to the unique needs of each individual. This includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Meditation.

WELCOME to the Centre for MindBody Health (CMBH). We are a team of psychologists, social workers, and psychotherapists who offer individual, couple, family and group therapies. The co-directors of CMBH are Dr. Shelley McMain and Dr. Shari Geller, both Registered Clinical Psychologists, and recognized authorities in the fields of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness and Self-Compassion.
