Description
He recently stepped down as Director of CBT Training at the Adler Institute in Toronto, where he had worked for over 10 years, offering CBT specific mental health education to interdisciplinary professionals and graduate students alike. He also has regularly provided semi-structured diagnostic interviewing training to interdisciplinary health care providers and researchers who wanted to improve reliability of their diagnostic acumen. He also was an editor of the latest version of the SCID 5 and has co-taught diagnostic interviewing skills using the SCID 5 with Michael First in the past.

Over the last 20 years he has worked as a clinician, post graduate lecturer, researcher, and healthcare administrator across a wide variety of mental health inpatient, outpatient, and academic/research settings, including University Health Network, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, and Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences where he was the inaugural Director of Research, Knowledge Translation and Academic Development.
