Description
Are you ready to move beyond coping and toward change and healing? I help clients achieve their goals by introducing practical strategies/skills, while simultaneously working through the causes of issues so that symptoms reduce in the long term. This may involve re-evaluating your thinking, improving awareness and regulation of emotions, getting in tune with your values, identifying parts of yourself that are in conflict, or making peace with past experiences... Everyone's needs are different, so I will work with you to create a personalized treatment approach.

Facility Information
Catalyst Counselling
Summary
Catalyst Counselling is founded on the belief that our minds, like our bodies, have a drive to heal. However, we may not always develop the best ways to help that process along and may engage in behaviours that prevent recovery. There may also be psychological blocks we can’t control or have difficulty seeing that hinder improvement. Therapy can be a catalyst for change – a process that can facilitate the healing and change you've been looking for. Located downtown, Catalyst Counselling is highly accessible and is a calm and quiet environment where you will encounter few people in the office
