Therapy can be very challenging like climbing a mountain, in that there is a set destination at the top but many ways to get there. Each client comes to therapy with unique ideas of how they want to get to the top and what they want to experience along the way. I take time to build a safe, non-judgemental, and trusting environment, getting to know each individuals unique story and how their experiences have shaped their beliefs, behaviours, and view of the world.
