Dr. Carpenter is a Registered Clinical Psychologist who provides psychotherapy services to adults experiencing a wide range of concerns including worry and anxiety, obsessions and compulsions, panic, perfectionism, self-criticisms, trauma, grief, depression symptoms, overwhelming emotions, and difficult life transitions (e.g. relationships, school). Treatment is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. She works from a client-centered foundation and integrates evidence-based treatments including Cognitive- Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Mindfulness.
