I am passionate about working collaboratively with clients to overcome a variety of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, life stressors, relationship issues, trauma, grief and life challenges. My approach is warm, relational and non-judgemental. I utilize a variety of therapeutic orientations including attachment-based, cognitive behavioural, mindfulness focused, and somatic therapies to support my clients in furthering their innate potential.
