Description
Paula started with Canniff and Associates in January 2014. She has a Master of Arts degree in Counselling psychology, and has interest working with children, youth and adults. Paula has an integrative approach to therapy, with a main focus on Cognitive Behaviour and Mindfulness approaches to counselling. Paula believes in the importance of building supportive therapeutic relationships and a safe environment, to help foster change and growth.
