I am a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario and is registered as a Psychological Associate. I have years of experience working with adolescents and adults. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy along with Adlerian therapy approaches are used in my work with diverse clients and with various issues. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, work or family issues, seeking help could be your first step. I have worked with individuals with persistent and severe mental illness (schizophrenia, manic depression, anxiety, depression and suicidality). I have also worked at a community based agency providing services to adolescents and young adults. I have a relaxed and straightforward nature approach puts people at ease, creating a safe and confidential environment. I am sensitive to client needs, as well as having a practical, common-sense feedback style.
