I am a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario and is registered as a Psychological Associate. I have years of experience working with adolescents and adults. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy along with Adlerian therapy approaches are used in my work with diverse clients and with various issues. I have worked with individuals with persistent and severe mental illness (schizophrenia, manic depression, anxiety, depression and suicidality). I have also worked at a community based agency providing services to adolescents and young adults. I have a relaxed and straightforward nature approach puts people at ease, creating a safe and confidential environment. I am sensitive to client needs, as well as having a practical, common-sense feedback style.
