Description
Specializing in overactive nervous systems (Ie. anxiety, trauma, borderline personality disorder), emotion dysregulation and interpersonal effectiveness. Utilizing DBT, CBT, and ACT, we'll shed light on the connection between your mind, physiology, emotion, and behaviour. Together we can shift your relationship to your emotions and thinking patterns, and implement evidence based behavioural skills to ground yourself when life throws difficult things your way. Combining my personal and professional experience, I hope to create an empathetic and relatable space where you feel comfortable
