She has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and holistic/somatic therapy, modalities that are wonderfully complementary and work together to build strength and resilience at the same time as happiness and connection to the here and now. She believes that part of mental health is a set of skills that anyone can learn.
