Provider information
Description
Tracy is a trauma-informed therapist who works primarily within the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. She also draws on attachment theory and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients navigate anxiety, identity development, complex trauma, and major life transitions. She works with adults and couples—including those in non-traditional relationship structures—using the Gottman Method to support emotional safety, communication, and intimacy. In her work with children, she incorporates Sandtray and play-based therapy to help young clients express emotions and process experiences.
