Lara Akinpelu is a Registered Provisional Psychologist whose areas of focus include individual and couples counselling. Lara works with children, adolescents, and adults. She has Level 1 and Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and has a keen interest in creating mental health awareness and counselling support within ethnic minority groups. Lara's approach is collaborative and flexible. She has worked as a counsellor in West Africa, and volunteered with students with autism and ADHD in a special needs school in Southeast Asia.
