In her work, she integrates evidence-based therapeutic modalities in an approach to best fit the concerns or diagnoses of each unique client. Ashley strives to build genuine connections with her clients and approach their concerns from a place of curiosity and empathy. Ashley is highly competent treating a wide range of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and more, as well as adapting mental health treatment for those with Autism and intellectual disabilities.

- Dr. Ashley Coveney completed her undergraduate degree and PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Saskatchewan. She fulfilled her doctoral internship with the Kingston Internship Consortium in Kingston, Ontario, where she provided assessment and therapy to children, youth, and adults within both hospital and community settings.
- Ashley has specialized training and experience completing assessments and adapting therapy for clients with developmental disabilities such as Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as those with other mental health issues.
