Dr. Shruti Kankaria is a registered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults and couples who may be struggling with: depression, mood, anxiety, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, stress and burnout, perfectionism and self-criticism, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Dr. Kankaria uses an integrative approach to treatment, utilizing evidence-based treatment models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Strength-Based approaches.
