I enjoy working with clients to help them gain insight into their lives and make lasting positive changes. With my experience living internationally and working with clients from a variety of backgrounds, I bring an open perspective and pragmatic approach to my work. I have experience treating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, fears and phobias, low self-esteem and stress. I also work to help clients with challenges related to their careers, relationships, family dynamics (current and past, including childhood emotional neglect).
