Summary
"I just want to feel a sense of peace again. I haven't felt joy for too long. I don't know why I feel sad and angry all the time." These are statements my clients often say to me when I am learning about them. In womanhood, there are complex reasons why women struggle. I look at areas like work, intimate partnership/s, friendships, early childhood experiences, female biology, the relationship with the self, and the relationship with spirituality (how to make life meaningful) to help untangle the emotional web women feel stuck in. I gently teach women how to begin the process of healing.
