I am passionate about promoting brain health and healthy aging, and I do so in a holistic and collaborative way based around the unique goals of each client. As a Neuropsychologist, I provide assessment and intervention for cognitive concerns in adults and older adults. As a Clinical and Rehabilitation Psychologist, I specialize in treating insomnia, as well as helping people manage stress and challenging life circumstances, including brain injury, chronic pain, and disability from work. - I hold Master’s and Doctoral degrees from the University of Calgary, in the area of Psychology with a specialization in Behavioral Neuroscience. I expanded my clinical research training during a 2-year Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Dalhousie University in the areas of Psychology, Psychiatry, and Geriatric Medicine. Additionally, I hold a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Dalhousie University, and I have specialized residency training in Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Toronto affiliate, Baycrest Health Sciences.
