Description

I create a warm and safe environment for clients from a variety of backgrounds to identify their unique goals for therapy, and tailor an individualized treatment plan to help them reach these goals. I work individually with adults on clinical issues (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, eating issues) and personal growth (e.g., relationship and communication difficulties, managing life transitions). I aim to empower clients to identify and build on their strengths, with the goal of finding more fulfillment and meaning in their lives.
