I am a psychologist with an extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced traumatic events. Through my work, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients to process their experiences and develop coping strategies to manage their symptoms. I am trained in evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), which have been shown to be effective in treating trauma-related symptoms. My goal is to help my clients heal from their trauma and move towards a more fulfilling life.
