Description
Being human is difficult, and I provide a relaxed space where you can be you. I offer a trauma informed approach and am a skilled listener. I have worked for many years in the mental health field in Vancouver and Oregon and that includes helping those from all walks of life. I will help you see how your past affects your present and help you live a more productive life. I use an integrated approach so that we can get to the root of the issue and work through it. I specialize in trauma, mood disorders, psychosis, alcohol addiction and family therapy.
