Dr. Kostiuk creates safety within the therapeutic relationship with her holistic and non-judgmental approach, enabling clients to embark upon a personal journey towards wellness and transformation. Her therapy practice is informed from humanistic, developmental, family systems, & positive/hope psychology. She specializes in marital/family, hypnotherapy, mindfulness & body oriented therapies, play and sandplay therapy as well as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and CPT for Trauma. She provides weekly options for video sessions to support stay-at-home mothers, rural dwellers, & business clientele.
