Melissa is a Registered Psychologist with a Masters of Counselling. Melissa believes that engaging in a collaborative, therapeutic process can help people live happier, healthier, more productive lives. Melissa utilizes a client-centered, holistic approach that can include elements of Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy. Melissa has extensive experience working with children, youth, and families in both educational and mental health environments. Melissa also specializes in perinatal mental health supporting mothers.
