Description
Kate is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Counselling Psychology. Kate has a strong interest in the mind body connection and believes this alignment results in lasting change. Kate is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, as well as therapeutic approaches highlighting emotion, attachment, CBT, and communication. Kate’s areas of interest include couples counselling, stress, anxiety, depression, boundary setting/confidence, effective communication skills, and trauma work.
