He specializes in life transitions, as well as assisting his clients in dealing with the physical and emotional pain of various trauma that had been exposed to. In order to address his clients' needs, Mitchell uses an eclectic approach, which incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
