Description
I predominately work with clients that have experienced trauma, in addition to other concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and stress. I believe that trauma involves feeling or experiencing a profound lack of safety. For that reason, I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and trusting space that allows for all of life's challenges to be addressed in a way that feels as safe as possible. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for support and I hope to hear from you soon so I may support you with your next steps towards achieving your goals.
