I enjoy working with people from all different stages of life and backgrounds. I love to help clients discover new perspectives and achieve their goals. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment to help people grow, increase self-awareness, resilience, and skills to build healthy relationships with themselves and others. I strive to create an environment where the client feels safe to be authentic without fearing judgement or embarrassment.
