Hi, I am Registered Clinical Psychologist. Myself and my team specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for anxiety and trauma with an emphasis on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness meditation as the treatment modalities. I am a Clinical Psychologist, with many years of experience in assessment and treatment of psychological disorders and general mental health concerns. Whatever difficulties you may be having I encourage you to reach out to a professional, like myself, and learn techniques that can assist you to thrive in your life. I provide training in Mindfulness Meditation which helps with Emotional Regulation and Reduces Stress. I am also able to provide you with treatment within a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy framework for Anxiety and Depression and EMDR for traumatic/difficult experiences.
