Description
Hello! Welcome to Alpine Psychology. My name is John and I am happy to see you are looking for counselling services for yourself or loved-ones, nicely done! My integrative counselling approach comes from working in both public and private mental health contexts over many years. I enjoy working with all ages and genders but two of my specialties are children/teens and men's mental health. I enjoy counselling for anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, burnout, relationship conflict, self-esteem, trauma, parenting, school issues, grief and loss, behaviour challenges, and overall wellness.
