Description
My experiences in counselling range from working in specialized populations such as autistic children, to more general groups through an internship and residency in non-profit counselling centres. I've also spent four years working in both a private practice and with an employee assistance program of a school board. I have worked with individuals, couples, as well as families in the areas of depression, anxiety, communication, infidelity, grief, stress management, parenting, racial identity, sexual identity, trauma, phobias, emotional regulation, workplace stress and others.
