Description

I take an integrative approach to therapy that utilizes interventions informed from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Family Systems Therapy. Additionally, I am trained in providing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for the treatment of trauma. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, attachment issues, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), relationship issues, personal growth, stress and burnout, trauma and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
