While I enjoy working with adult individuals and couples at any age and stage of life, I am specialized in working with women experiencing emotional distress during pregnancy and the postpartum period. I also specialize in working with couples during the transition to parenthood and the early parenting years. It would be my pleasure to work with you wherever you are currently at on your journey through this life.

Summary
Lives and relationships are full of stressful circumstances these days and individuals and relationships are vulnerable to a number of individual, relational, and systemic challenges. I feel privileged to work with individuals and couples who are seeking to change their experiences of distressed relationships, stress and anxiety, depression, physical illness, and major life transitions. As a therapist, I aim to blend my two disciplines of nursing and counselling psychology to listen, support, and guide clients towards less distress, enriched relationships, and meaningful transitions.
