Norah’s experience and passion over the last decade, has been working with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. She has a special affinity for individuals challenged by eating disorders and disordered eating. She supports individuals struggling with their bodies and eating to improve their relationship with food, enhance their body image and self esteem, and improve their quality of life. Norah believes empowering individuals, their caregivers and support people is key to recovery. Norah works at our Calgary Location In Person and Virtually across Alberta.
