Description
Many conditions can be difficult to overcome especially conditions such as chronic pain, concussion (mTBI), PTSD, depression, anxiety, chronic health challenges and life stage issues can be very traumatizing. Understanding without judgement, having compassion and helping a person acquire the skills balance and cope with their challenges regardless of the situation is my focus. Attaining psychological and physiological health is the core objective of my practice. Acquiring skills and strategies to cope with adversity is a core component of my practice.
