Description
I work with individuals and couples facing a variety of challenges and pride myself on offering care that is affirming and inclusive of neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+ communities and ethical non-monogamy, as well as being sex- and kink- positive. I'm here to help you build more fulfilling relationships, thrive in your sexuality, explore your identity, manage anxiety, heal from relational wounds, and move towards your goals. My approach to therapy is informal, playful and deeply relational. I combine techniques and ideas from various therapeutic modalities to tailor our work to your unique needs.
