Description

Life often presents unexpected challenges that can leave us feeling uncertain about how to move forward. I believe everyone has the strengths to overcome these hurdles, and therapy can help unlock and amplify those strengths. I’m passionate about supporting athletes, first responders, and anyone navigating life's complexities, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds. I specialize in EMDR, Clinical Hypnosis, and Animal-Assisted Therapy, tailoring my approach to your unique journey. I’m an ally of the LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC communities, committed to creating an inclusive and supportive space.

Summary

Therapy is not a one size fits all endeavour. I believe therapy needs to be flexible and unique to your needs, desires, and goals. Keeping that in mind, I have a whole toolbox of strategies, approaches, and paths we can take to get to the result you want. I'm grounded in the belief that you already have the strengths you need to succeed, sometimes you just need a little help identifying and honouring those strengths. In sessions, I work primarily from CBT, EMDR, Hypnosis, and Narrative perspectives, but the focus is always on using an approach that is right for you.
