Hello, I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist. I specialize in working with children and adolescents through a CBT approach along with child directive and non directive play. I provide a safe space for those who want to come to therapy to share their story and provide supports to help work on anxious thoughts/feelings, worries, school related difficulties, social skills, self-esteem and confidence development.
