This was very frustrating. While Mr. Main seemed like he was knowledgeable he became defensive and evasive when asked about treatments other than orthotics. He really wanted me to purchase orthotics. He was not great at explaining what was happening and, after only a minimal exam with no other diagnostics, proclaimed (you guessed it) that I needed orthotics. I was there because one of my joints hurt.
