Description
I originally grew up in Sussex, New Brunswick, however, schooling at Dalhousie University has led to Halifax now being called home. I live an active lifestyle that shows interest in hockey, curling, running and cycling. My treatment approach is very hands on and personable. I love to educate clients about their injuries as I believe the more you understand about your injury the better you can control and resolve your symptoms. I put a strong emphasis on not only your symptoms but finding the root of the problem. This in turn will not only aid your initial injury but mitigate future flare ups.
