Rutu incorporates manual therapy, different types of modalities, Dry Needling/IMS and active therapy (exercise programs) and Vestibular Therapy. She believes education plays an important role in her patients' recovery and it is a key part in her therapy. She is certified to treat Pelvic Health related problems like urinary/bowel incontinence, menstrual cycle related pain, IBS, Sexual pain etc in male and female. She has a keen interest in musculo-skeletal injuries and pain, womens health and sports injuries. She also treats patients with neurological & cardio-pulmonary problems.
